Before you book

House rules

Security deposit of MX$2,000, held on your card and released after we check the cabin.
Extra guests above 4: MX$350 per night.
Pets welcome; let us know when you book.
Put out the fire before going to sleep.
No smoking inside the cabin.

Cancellation and payments

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, 50% refund up to 3 days before.

When you book you pay a 50% down payment; the balance is due 7 days before arrival, by card or bank transfer. Booking closer than that, you pay in full.

Security deposit of MX$2,000: held on your card the day before arrival (not charged) and released once we check the house after you leave.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00. The day before, we send you the guide on WhatsApp with the address, Wi-Fi and how to get in.

To arrive the same day, book before 10:00. Need to arrive early or leave late? Ask at least 24 hours ahead. If the house is free it costs $600 MXN. Without notice it's not possible: cleaning takes 4 hours between guests.

FAQ

Is firewood included? Yes, enough for the first night; you can order more.

Is it cold? In winter it drops below 5 °C / 41 °F at night; extra blankets provided.

Is there cell signal? Yes, and there's Wi-Fi too.
