Before you book

House rules

Security deposit of MX$4,000, held on your card and released after we check the house.
Maximum 6 guests. No overnight visitors.
Quiet hours after 10 pm. No parties.
Please use biodegradable sunscreen in the pool.
No smoking inside the house.

Cancellation and payments

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before. Less than 14 days: no refund.

When you book you pay a 50% down payment; the balance is due 7 days before arrival, by card or bank transfer. Booking closer than that, you pay in full.

Security deposit of MX$4,000: held on your card the day before arrival (not charged) and released once we check the house after you leave.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. The day before, we send you the guide on WhatsApp with the address, Wi-Fi and how to get in.

To arrive the same day, book before 11:00. Need to arrive early or leave late? Ask at least 24 hours ahead. If the house is free it costs $600 MXN. Without notice it's not possible: cleaning takes 4 hours between guests.

FAQ

Is there air conditioning? Yes, in all three bedrooms.

Is the pool private? Yes, only for guests of the house.

Do I need a car? Not really: there are 2 bikes and taxis nearby.
