Before you book

House rules

Security deposit of MX$3,000, held on your card and released after we check the house.
Extra guests above 8: MX$450 per night.
Quiet hours after 10 pm. No parties or events.
Early check-in or late check-out: ask ahead; cost depends on availability.
Pets: let us know when you book.
No smoking inside the house.

Cancellation and payments

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before. Less than 7 days: no refund.

When you book you pay a 50% down payment; the balance is due 7 days before arrival, by card or bank transfer. Booking closer than that, you pay in full.

Security deposit of MX$3,000: held on your card the day before arrival (not charged) and released once we check the house after you leave.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 12:00. The day before, we send you the guide on WhatsApp with the address, Wi-Fi and how to get in.

To arrive the same day, book before 11:00. Need to arrive early or leave late? Ask at least 24 hours ahead. If the house is free it costs $600 MXN. Without notice it's not possible: cleaning takes 4 hours between guests.

Is the pool heated all year? Yes, from 9 am to 9 pm.

Is there a supermarket nearby? Yes, 8 minutes by car.

Can I get there by public transport? There are buses to Valle de Bravo; from the terminal take a taxi (15 min).
